I cooked chicken in red wine sauce -it's too greasy,can be adjusted?

I cooked shallots,onions & veg in olive oil before frying the meat,adding wine etc.After 2 hours slow cooking,the taste is very greasy,but otherwise lovely.Is there something I can add to take away the greasy taste please?
