Chinese Chicken Stir Fry
This is a fairly simple Chinese chicken stir fry recipe. I don't think you will have any problems as long as you follow the directions.
- 3 large chicken breasts
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 1 Yellow pepper, Chopped
- Sliced Cabbage
- Chinese five spice paste
- 1 red pepper, Chopped
- 1 inch ginger, grated
- 6 spring onions, sliced
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
First of all we need to remove the skin from the chicken. you can discard that.
Chop the chicken into small bitesize stirps.
Marinate the chicken strips in the five spice paste for at least an hour but the longer the better.
Okay, now you need to heat some oil in a wok, just a little.
Add the chicken and fry for about 30 seconds. Then throw in the onions, grated ginger and the chopped garlic.
Keep stiring all the time
Now add the vegetables and keep frying
Serve immediately with oodles of nice fresh egg noodles.
