- 4 large Chicken breasts
- 10 large cloves of Garlic
- Butter - (preferably of the low fat variety)
Always begin a recipe with the least enjoyable part, this time it's chopping the garlic - so get to it. (Cut into nice thin slices)
Now get each chicken breast and carefully cut a slice through the middle, the incision should be about half way through.
Spread the low fat butter onto the chicken and then stuff as much garlic as you can fit into the cut you made.
Sprinkle with a light coating of salt and pepper and then put in the oven for about 40 minutes at 350 C
